Your personal information is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your buying experience a success. Strict guidelines are adhered to, in order to keep your personal information private.
Secure Shopping
To ensure your shopping experience is safe and secure, our site is configured to use PayPal’s secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to process your payment. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
This encryption keeps your personal information, including your credit card, secure from theft. Our site is also actively monitored 24×7 to make sure that we are always open, safe and ready for shopping.
Cancellation
All orders must be cancelled before order has shipped.  Please call or send email with the words “Cancellation” or “Urgent” in the subject line.  Once an order has been processed meaning submitted to the warehouse and packaged for shipping you may not cancel.  If you refuse an order at time of delivery and the order is sent back to us you will incur a 15% restock fee. The balance will be refunded to your credit card.
Return & Exchange Policy

If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a void of the limited warranty. All refunds are subject to 15% restocking fee. We recommend that you wash all hair prior to installation, to detect any possible defects. We do not guarantee hair that has been chemically processed, or in any way altered other than by Ashley Hair Company, and is null and void of guarantee. Ashley Hair Company is not responsible for any labor costs associated with installation, removal, or styling.

If you choose to return order for any other reason we would accommodate your refund request, however you will accrue 15% restock fee.  Tags cannot be removed. NO EXCEPTIONS.  You must email us to get an approval for your return and also obtain a return authorization number within 7 days from receipt of your package.

Please note that Virgin Indian Remy hair is all natural and the color cannot always be guaranteed so refunds or exchanges may not be issued for dissatisfaction with the texture or color of hair
Backorders

If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date. If backordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, we will contact you immediately and offer an option of a full payment refund.

Shipping Information
contingent on stock availability, orders are shipped within 2 business days of processing Monday-Friday. Once shipped, orders arrive within 3-4 business days for FedEx Ground/USPS Priority Shipping and 1 business day for Overnight Shipping within United States. Ashley Hair uses first Class Mail for shipping samples.
Order Processing
Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.  Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with a tracking number after your items are shipped.  If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order contact us at info@ashleyhaircompany.com. Please have your order ID number attached to the message.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind United States Postal holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
